I was grabbing a coffee outside the Janesville Public Library on Main Street when it slipped off. It's a delicate 6.5-inch silver-tone chain with a small emerald-teardrop charm that catches the light just right. The inside of the clasp is engraved with the initials KP, and there's a tiny scratch near the clasp—easy details for someone who found it to spot.
