Lost travel adapters in Janesville
I was packing for a trip yesterday evening and realized my travel adapters were missing as I left the Janesville Public Library around 7:20 p.m. They are small, black with a silver plug, and they are essential for charging my devices in different countries. I have retraced my steps along the library sidewalk and the bus stop, but I have not had any luck so far. I would be grateful to anyone who has them.
Lost swimsuits in Janesville near Riverside Park
Yesterday around 6:45 PM I realized my swimsuits were missing after a quick dip at Riverside Park in Janesville, near the Lincoln Avenue entrance by the Rock River. I had planned a weekend at the lake and the suits were my last-minute packing item. The water glowed pink in the sky, and now the emptiness of the bag sits heavy in my hands. If you happened to see anything around Riverside Park after 6:45 PM, please let the site know so I can sort this out through the platform.
Found: Drones near Lincoln Park
I’m Daniel Weber. I found a drone on the bike path behind Lincoln Park in downtown Janesville, around 3:45 p.m. today. It’s a mid-sized quad with a black body and blue prop guards, a white sticker on the rim that reads AeroFly. It looked recently dropped, with the camera lens clean and the controller nearby, as if someone paused to check a map and forgot it. I’m not sure whose it is, but I’ve turned it in to the city’s lost-and-found so the owner can claim it through the site.
Found shirts left on bench by Riverside Park.
I found a stack of shirts on a bench by Riverside Park along the Rock River in Janesville this morning around 9:15 AM. The shirts look like they belong to a local team—one displays a faint 'Janesville Rockets' logo. They were draped over the bench near the walking path, as if someone paused to adjust a shoe laces and forgot them behind. It didn’t sit right with me to leave them there, so I brought them here and kept them folded, hoping the owner will see this soon.
Lost dresses in Janesville, WI
I lost my dresses this past Saturday around 4:15 PM in Janesville, Wisconsin. I’d been browsing the riverfront shops and had a black garment bag slung over my shoulder near the Rock River. A gust of wind knocked it against a bench, and by the time I looked back, the bag was gone into the crowd near the clock tower. The dresses mean a lot to me—the pale pink chiffon and a navy sheath I planned for my sister’s wedding next month. I’m hoping someone picked them up and kept them safe. If you were by the Janesville Mall or the riverwalk by the gazebo around that time, please think back to what you saw.
Lost medication near Riverside Park, Janesville
At 7:42 a.m. today, I was walking the Rock River trail by Riverside Park in Janesville, Wisconsin when I realized my medication bottle had slipped from my tote. The bottle is white with a blue cap and has my name printed on the label. I retraced my steps toward the Janesville Public Library and along the riverfront, but it didn’t turn up. Without it I feel scattered and anxious about keeping up with my daily routine, and I’m really hoping someone nearby picked it up and kept it safe.
Found travel visas behind Janesville Public Library
I was walking back to my car after a study session at a coffee shop and found a folder behind the Janesville Public Library on Academy Street around 5:15 PM. The folder was labeled Travel Visas and contained several visa pages and travel documents. It looked like someone’s important paperwork, so I felt a mix of relief and worry for the owner. I’m posting here in hopes the rightful owner will see it and reclaim what’s theirs.
Lost gym bags near Janesville YMCA
This morning at 7:05 a.m., I finished up a workout at the Janesville YMCA on Center Avenue and realized my gym bags were missing from the locker area. One bag is black with a red zipper, the other gray with a blue handle—both essentials I carry for practice and classes. I must have left them near the entrance while I was towel-drying off and stretching in the lobby, because I remember passing the reception desk and turning away to grab my water bottle. I’m worried about rain and the contents inside, and I hope someone local picked them up and kept them safe nearby.
Lost holiday decorations in Janesville
Saturday around 10:15 a.m., I was loading decorations into my car near Janesville’s Rotary Gardens when I realized a bin with our holiday décor had vanished from sight. It held garlands, red bows, a few glass ornaments, and a big star topper—the kind of stuff we drag out every December. The area around the gazebo by the Rotary Gardens felt colder without them, and I’ve been replaying the moment in my head since. They’re part of our family’s Christmas rituals, and I’d be grateful to have them back where they belong.
Lost CDs in Janesville
Those CDs belong to me and I’m hoping for a quick reunion. Around 7:20 PM yesterday, I realized they were missing after I left the Janesville Public Library on North Main Street. I had them in a black backpack while I grabbed a coffee at Cuppa Joe next door and chatted with a friend; the CDs were in a rainbow-stickered jewel case. I’m upset because a few of these tracks are rare prints from college days, and I’ve been replaying memories all day. If you saw a pile of CDs near the library entrance, or a backpack abandoned nearby, I’d be grateful for their return.
Lost: pair of toasters in Janesville
I lost my two toasters last Tuesday around 7:20 p.m. I realized they were gone while I stood in the kitchen of my apartment on North Parker Street, just off Riverside Place by the Rotary Botanical Gardens. I’d left them on the counter while I hurried to bring in groceries, and when I came back they were gone. They’re a humble pair—silver with black knobs, nothing fancy—and I used them every day for quick breakfasts. They were a small, practical link to my mom, who taught me to bake toast, and I’m heartbroken to think they might be far from home.
Found Nintendo Switch with neon Joy-Cons
I found a Nintendo Switch console this afternoon around 2:15 pm tucked under the passenger seat of the parking lot behind the Janesville Mall on Center Street, near GameStop. It's in a gray carrying case with a bright red sticker on the front and neon blue and red Joy-Con controllers attached. The screen is clean, and the device seems in good working order, with a protective screen cover showing a few fingerprints but no cracks. There's a small scratch on the back near the left edge and a custom sticker that looks like a tiny phoenix. I'd be happy to help reunite it with its owner.
Black North Face parka found near library
I found a black North Face parka this afternoon around 2:15 pm behind the Janesville Public Library on Main Street, near the bike racks by the bus stop. It's a men's medium with an orange inner lining and a small tear at the left cuff. There's a white stitched logo on the chest and a blue carabiner clipped to the inner pocket. It smells a bit like rain and looks recently worn, but it's in solid condition overall. If this belongs to you, email [email protected] and we can arrange a pickup.
Pink unicorn plush with rainbow mane
I found a pink unicorn plush this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Riverside Park entrance off Main Street in Janesville. It's about 12 inches tall, soft pink fleece with a bright rainbow mane and a shiny silver horn. There's a teal bow on its left ear and a small blue star sticker on the right hind leg, plus a tag inside that reads 'Aurora.' The toy has a little wear, slightly matted fur from lots of hugging, but otherwise seems well loved. It clearly means a lot to a kid, and I would like to see it back with its owner. If you think this is yours, reply here and we can arrange a safe meetup near City Hall fountain.
Found navy Giro cycling helmet near Janesville Public Library
I found a navy blue Giro cycling helmet this afternoon around 2:45pm, near the bike racks by the Janesville Public Library on Main Street. It’s a medium size, with a white reflective stripe and a small star sticker on the back. There’s a light scuff on the left visor and a bit of dirt from a ride, but it’s in good condition and the strap is intact. The inner pads look clean. If you recognize it, please message me here or email [email protected] so I can get it back to its owner. I know how stressful it is to misplace gear you rely on for weekend rides.
