Framed abstract painting with copper sun charm

I found a framed abstract painting this afternoon around 2:15pm in the courtyard behind the Yuma Art Center on Main Street, tucked between the sculpture and a line of potted cacti. It’s acrylic on canvas, about 24 by 30 inches, with navy blues, teal greens, and gold accents. The black frame has a thin gold trim and there’s a tiny copper sun charm hanging from the bottom edge. On the back there’s a handwritten note that reads 'Gila Desert, 2016' and the bottom-right corner bears the artist’s signature 'V. Moreno.' The piece shows minor wear in the lower left corner, but overall it’s in good condition. If you recognize it, I’d love to help reunite the owner.

Rainbow plush unicorn with star on ear, found near Walmart

I found a rainbow plush unicorn about 12 inches tall this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Walmart Supercenter on 24th Street in Yuma. It has a soft lavender body, a bright rainbow mane and tail, and a tiny white star stitched on its left ear. The plush looks well-loved but clean, with a couple of gentle snags and a faint scent of crayons—clearly a kid's toy. I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner; if this rings a bell, message me here with distinguishing details.

Framed desert landscape painting

I found a framed desert landscape painting this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Yuma Art Center on 4th Avenue. The piece is about 12 by 16 inches, housed in a black wood frame with a thin gold inner lip and a small chip along the top edge. It shows a sunset over desert scrub with earthy tones and a winding blue river, with soft brushwork that almost feels watercolor-like. There's a signature in the bottom right that reads 'M. Ortega 2019' and a tiny gallery label on the back. If this is yours, it's waiting to be picked up and will be kept safe until the owner claims it.

Vintage coin collection in red leather case

Hey, I lost my vintage coin collection yesterday around 3pm. I was browsing around the Yuma Civic Center area on Main Street, near City Hall, and I must have set it down somewhere in that block. The binder is a red leather case about the size of a standard ledger, with a cracked spine and a loose elastic strap. Inside are a handful of coins in protective sleeves, including a few old silver coins that belonged to my grandfather. One distinctive feature: a small sticker on the inside cover reads 'Old Town Coin Club - 1990s' handwritten in blue ink. It means a lot to me; that collection has sentimental value and I'd be heartbroken if it's gone. If you spot it, send me a message and we can arrange a safe return. Thanks.

Lost vintage wooden maracas with bright red and yellow finish and intricate carvings near the community center park in Yuma.

I accidentally left my beloved set of vintage wooden maracas at the park near the community center in Yuma during a picnic last weekend. They have a bright red and yellow finish with intricate carvings, and I really hope to get them back as they have sentimental value from my late grandmother. If anyone finds them, please reach out!
