I found this bright blue nylon dog collar this afternoon around 4pm outside the Rialto Theatre area on East Congress Street near Fourth Avenue in downtown Tucson. It's about 1 inch wide, adjustable, and in good condition with a reflective white stripe along the edge. There’s a small bone-shaped metal tag engraved with the name 'Nova' and a partially scratched phone number, plus a tiny paw-print on the buckle. Found a blue dog harness with a small heart-shaped tag engraved 'Mimi' this morning. It's a medium nylon harness, bright blue with a reflective stripe along the chest strap and a couple of light scrapes from recent walks. I found it in the parking lot behind Bookmans on Speedway Blvd near Campbell Ave, Tucson, around 9am.
