Red paperback copy of The Outsiders found
I found a red paperback copy of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton this afternoon around 1:30pm near the bus stop by the corner of Main Street and Campbell Street in downtown El Paso. It's a mass-market paperback in decent shape, with a small coffee stain on the back cover and a dog-eared page near chapter 7. The cover features a black silhouette and the title in bold white letters. Inside the first page there's a yellow sticky note that says 'For Casey' in neat handwriting and a tiny star-shaped sticker on the back cover. If this belongs to someone, I figured it might have sentimental value, and I'd really like to help get it back to its owner.
Space gray MacBook Pro in blue sleeve with cactus sticker
I lost my space gray 13-inch MacBook Pro yesterday around 3pm. It's in a blue neoprene sleeve with a pink cactus sticker on the front, and there's a small dent on the top lid. I last remember walking out of the Starbucks on Mesa Street by the UTEP campus in Southwest TX and heading toward the lot by the bookstore. Inside are client briefs and a few design drafts with my initials scrawled at the corner. I really need it back for work tomorrow; it's my only machine for deadlines here in Southwest TX.
Blue 6x9 travel guidebook, Texas edition
I lost my blue 6x9 travel guidebook about Texas yesterday around 3pm near the bookstore on Main Street in Alpine, Southwest TX. It's a softcover with slightly bent corners, a coffee ring on page 44, and a small 'TX Trails' sticker on the back cover. The inside cover has my initials 'PP' written in blue ink. This book means a lot to me — it's a gift from my grandmother and I really need it back so I can keep planning weekend hikes around Big Bend.
