Lost microwaves in Southwest TX, last Friday night.
I’m Ava Martinez, living in Southwest TX. I realized my microwaves were gone around 7:45 pm last Friday, after I finished cleaning up near the market on Main Street in my town. The kitchen felt empty and a little off, like the room had swallowed something practical I rely on daily. I keep two microwaves for reheating leftovers after long days, and losing them has left me scrambling for quick meals and wondering when I’ll feel normal again.
Insulin pen with blue cap and heart sticker
I lost my insulin pen yesterday around 3pm outside the Mall del Norte entrance near the food court in Laredo, Southwest TX. It’s a white NovoPen with a light blue cap, about 5 inches long, tucked in a small black nylon carrying case that’s a bit scuffed from daily use. The case has a tiny red heart sticker on the front and a scratch along the zipper. This pen is essential for my diabetes management and I’m really hoping someone found it and can help me get it back. If you found it, please email me at [email protected] so we can arrange a safe handoff.
Red paperback copy of The Outsiders found
I found a red paperback copy of The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton this afternoon around 1:30pm near the bus stop by the corner of Main Street and Campbell Street in downtown El Paso. It's a mass-market paperback in decent shape, with a small coffee stain on the back cover and a dog-eared page near chapter 7. The cover features a black silhouette and the title in bold white letters. Inside the first page there's a yellow sticky note that says 'For Casey' in neat handwriting and a tiny star-shaped sticker on the back cover. If this belongs to someone, I figured it might have sentimental value, and I'd really like to help get it back to its owner.
Gray Nike running shoes found
I found a pair of gray Nike running shoes this afternoon around 3:45pm in the parking lot behind the Target on Gateway Boulevard West in El Paso, SW TX. They’re men’s size 10, with a gray mesh upper, black swoosh, and a white sole. One shoe has a small coffee stain on the toe and a tiny blue tag tucked under the tongue that says 'Maverick'. They’re lightly worn and clean overall, with only minor scuffs. If these are yours, tell me the brand, size, and that little blue tag to confirm, and I’ll get them back to you soon.
Ryobi 18V cordless drill, green body
I lost my Ryobi 18V cordless drill with a green body and black grip yesterday around 3pm in the Home Depot parking lot on North Mesa Street in El Paso. It's a Ryobi One+ drill with a 1/2-inch chuck, and the housing has a small dent near the chuck; the battery has blue painter's tape with the word DAD on it. It also comes with a black nylon carrying case and a few used drill bits. Since I'm in Southwest TX, I’d really appreciate getting it back—it's my go-to for weekend projects and it was a gift from my dad.
Black Sony Bluetooth headset in case
Found this black wireless Bluetooth headset this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Starbucks on Stanton Street in El Paso, Southwest TX. It’s a Sony WH-CH510 in a soft black case, with a small blue star sticker on the zipper and a tiny dent on the right earcup. It looks lightly used and there was no charging cable with it. I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner, and I left it here for pickup. If this seems like yours, drop a message so we can figure out a meetup.
Leopard gecko lost from Exo Terra terrarium
Hey, I lost my leopard gecko Nova yesterday around 3pm, right here in Southwest TX near the Bassett Place Shopping Center in El Paso. She's a small lizard, about 4 inches long from snout to tail, with a pale yellow body and dark brown speckles, and a slightly lighter tail with faint ring marks. She lives in a blue Exo Terra glass terrarium, lid with a slightly dented hinge, inside my apartment. The terrarium is near the living room window by the patio door. The microchip in her left hind leg is 9854, so if a vet or shelter scans the chip, they should find me. I last had her in that living room, and she has a distinctive crescent-shaped scar on the back of her neck and two tiny white specks near the base of her tail. Losing her really stresses me out--she's been with us for years and it's our daughter's pet.
Keys on black leather keyring with red 'Home' tag
I lost my keys yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind Cielo Vista Mall in East El Paso, Southwest TX. They’re on a black leather keyring with a red plastic 'Home' tag and a small brass compass charm dangling from it. The set includes several house keys and a Toyota fob; one key has a blue sticker that reads 'Desk' on the back. There’s a faint coffee stain on the leather from this morning’s cup. This set is my lifeline—my apartment and car keys—and I’d really appreciate getting them back!
Red Le Creuset Dutch oven found near Mesa St
I found a red Le Creuset 5-quart Dutch oven this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Market Street on N. Mesa Street in El Paso. It's in great condition overall—glossy enamel on the outside, white interior, and the knob on the lid still feels solid. There's a tiny chip on the rim and a small heart-shaped scratch along the side that makes it easy to identify. On the bottom there's a "Made in France" stamp and a faint owner sticker peeling off; I figured someone might be missing a family heirloom. If this belongs to you, drop me a message here and we can arrange pickup or transfer through the app.
Black GoPro-style action camera with waterproof case
I found a black GoPro-style action camera this afternoon around 3:15pm, sitting on the ground near the entrance to Mall del Norte's parking area on Del Norte Boulevard in Laredo, TX. It's in a rugged matte black housing with a red power button and a compact waterproof case. There’s a blue and white sticker on the corner that says 'RIG-12' and a small wrist strap attached to the side. The lens is clean and the body has a few scuffs from being on the pavement, but the camera powers on and the screen comes to life when I tested it briefly. If someone recognizes it, message me here and I can help arrange the return.
Silver charm bracelet with blue heart charm
I lost my silver charm bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on North Mesa Street by the UTEP campus. It's a slender 7-inch bracelet with a blue enamel heart charm and a tiny compass charm, and the clasp is engraved with 'A.J.' The chain has a little tarnish but it's in good condition otherwise. This bracelet is part of the Miscellaneous Jewellery category and came from my sister as a gift—it's really sentimental, and I'd love to get it back.
Silver bracelet with turquoise heart charm
I lost my silver bracelet yesterday around 3pm. It's a sterling silver bracelet with a turquoise heart charm and a tiny star etched on the clasp; the inside clasp also has the initials 'A.P.' carved there. I was near Paisano Drive and the Sun Bowl on the UTEP side in El Paso, SW TX, and I might have dropped it at the coffee kiosk by the stadium while I was grabbing a drink. The bracelet is a bit tarnished but the turquoise charm is still bright, and the initials make it uniquely mine. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me—I’d be so grateful to get it back if someone found it in that area.
Black wireless earbuds charging case with blue USB-C cable
I found a black wireless earbuds charging case this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Lee Trevino Drive in Southwest El Paso, near Cielo Vista Mall. The case is black with a tiny dent on the lid and a blue USB-C cable is still plugged into the port. Inside there's a blue sticker with the initials 'A.R.' on the bottom edge and a light scratch along the edge where it rubbed against a pocket. It looks fairly new, no water damage or noticeable wear. If you're missing these, message me with the initials on the sticker and the approximate model you had; I’d be glad to reunite them with you.
Silver Yamaha trumpet with dented bell, initials J.M.
I lost my silver Yamaha trumpet yesterday around 3pm outside the Sun Bowl Stadium on the UTEP campus in Southwest Texas. The horn is silver with some lacquer wear, the bell has a small dent, and the mouthpiece has a faint scratch; the case has a red velvet lining that’s easy to spot. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me, and I really need it back to keep practicing and reach my band goals. The case bears initials 'J.M.' engraved on the valve casing, and there’s a blue strap on the carry handle that helps identify it if it’s left on a bench near University Avenue and Glory Road.
Red Nike hoodie, size M, compass patch
I lost my red Nike hoodie yesterday around 3pm near the Mall Del Norte's Dillard's entrance in Laredo, right here in Southwest TX. It's a zip-up hoodie, size M, bright red with charcoal gray sleeves and a small white compass patch on the left chest. There's a tiny coffee stain near the hem from yesterday's café run. The fabric has faded a bit from washing, but it's still incredibly comfy and fits me perfectly. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister who lives out of town, and I was really counting on wearing it again soon. If you’ve seen it, reach me at [email protected].
