Green budgie with yellow head and leg band
I lost my green budgie with a bright yellow head yesterday around 3:15pm near the Walmart on Oxford Street in Worthington. He's tiny, about the size of a canary, with green feathers and a sunny yellow crown. There’s a red plastic leg band with the number 42 on his right leg, and a small feather scar under his left wing from a brush with a window. He’s been a real joy for my family, especially my daughter, and he has sentimental value. If you’ve seen him, I’d really appreciate getting him back, and I can meet you at the Walmart entrance or at my apartment on East Second Street.

I found a small, green parakeet while gardening in my backyard here in Southwest MN. It seems to be healthy and friendly, and it appears to be someone's pet. I first spotted it flying around and then it landed near my flower bed. If you or someone you know is missing a parakeet, please reach out so I can return him to his rightful owner!
