She has a crescent moon tattoo on the inner left wrist and wears a silver locket; she was carrying a yellow scarf. I'm really worried and just want her safe return; this means a lot to our family.

Last seen near the Walmart on Eisenhower Drive, then heading toward the Raleigh County Courthouse area in downtown Beckley. He's tall, friendly, and tends to wander when stressed, and this is really worrying for us—he's family and we just want him back safe.
