Description
I lost my brother, Mateo Ramirez, 27, yesterday around 3pm in Beckley. He was wearing a black zip-up hoodie over a gray flannel shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers. He has a small crescent tattoo on his left wrist and a faint scar above his right eyebrow. Last seen near the Walmart on Eisenhower Drive, then heading toward the Raleigh County Courthouse area in downtown Beckley. He's tall, friendly, and tends to wander when stressed, and this is really worrying for us—he's family and we just want him back safe.
