Silver bracelet with dolphin charm found near Clyde Fant Parkway

I found a silver-tone bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm along the riverfront on Clyde Fant Parkway, near the festival grounds in Shreveport. It's about 7 inches long, with a playful enamel dolphin charm and a tiny heart charm, and the links show a few light scratches from wear. There's a small engraving on the inside that reads 'M+S' which might help identify the owner. It looked well cared for and I'd love to get it back to whoever lost it—if you think this is yours, reply with a description of the charms and the engraving.
