I found a silver-tone bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm along the riverfront on Clyde Fant Parkway, near the festival grounds in Shreveport. It's about 7 inches long, with a playful enamel dolphin charm and a tiny heart charm, and the links show a few light scratches from wear. There's a small engraving on the inside that reads 'M+S' which might help identify the owner.
