Lost desk organizers near San Marcos Plaza, San Marcos
I’m Carlos Mendoza. Friday around 5:30 p.m., I left a small set of desk organizers on a cafe table by the San Marcos Plaza near the Hays County Courthouse. They’re blue plastic with a sliding drawer and a couple of labels on top—two-tier organizers I use for study notes and schedules. Finals are looming, and losing them throws off my whole routine. I walked toward the San Marcos River and back along Guadalupe Street, checked the coffee shop, and asked staff, but they weren’t there. I’m hopeful someone picked them up and will drop them off at the plaza’s lost-and-found so they can get back to me.

I lost my beige Phonak hearing aid yesterday around 3pm near the San Marcos Public Library on East Hopkins Street. It's a small behind-the-ear device with a beige plastic shell and a slightly scratched silver lid. I stuck a tiny red enamel heart sticker on the lid so I’d recognize it. The ear mold is clear with a subtle blue accent. I rely on it for conversations and daily life, so I’m really hoping it turned up near the library steps or by the bike rack outside the entrance.

Lost a red canvas tote bag yesterday around 3pm near the H-E-B on Wonder World Drive in San Marcos. It's a compact tote, about 12 inches wide and 9 inches tall, with a navy zipper and a small white embroidered star on the front. Inside there’s a well-worn black notebook, a blue gel pen, and my student ID with a tiny coffee ring on the corner. The bag has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister, and I really need it back to sort through class notes and bills. I lost my navy blue zip pouch yesterday around 3pm near the San Marcos Public Library on Hopkins Street, right outside the main entrance by the coffee cart. It's a small nylon pouch about 6 inches long with a bright yellow zipper and a tiny brass compass charm dangling from the pull. Inside are a few photos, including a print of my grandmother, and a cracked USB drive I need for work. This pouch was my daily carry for notes and little keepsakes, and I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.

I lost my blue reusable water bottle with a white logo while walking around the park in San Marcos last weekend. It might have fallen from my bag when I was sitting on one of the benches near the playground. I really need it back, as it has sentimental value and keeps my drinks cool.

I accidentally left my red and white striped beach umbrella at San Marcos beach last weekend. I had it set up near the volleyball court while I enjoyed the sun and somehow forgot to take it with me when I packed up my things. It’s a bit worn, with a couple of scratches on the handle but still mostly in good condition.
