Found small gray hamster in cage near Salem Public Library

Found this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Salem Public Library on Liberty Street, behind the bike racks by the main entrance. It's a small gray hamster with soft fur, white belly, and bright amber eyes. It wears a blue collar with a tiny silver bell and has a small white patch on its left ear. The little guy seems healthy, a bit jittery, but responsive.
