Brown 3/4 violin in black case, with bow
I lost my brown Yamaha 3/4 violin in its black hard case yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on L Street, between 12th and 13th in downtown Sacramento. The violin itself has a warm honey-brown varnish with a tiny dent on the chin rest and a faint scratch along the back near the lower bout; the case has a small tear along the zipper and a bright red ribbon tied around the handle for easy spotting. It was a gift from my mom and means a lot to me, so I really need it back before my lessons this week. I lost my red-stained violin yesterday around 3pm near the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament on 11th Street in Midtown Sacramento. It’s a 1998 Yamaha student violin with a maple back and spruce top, and the chin rest shows a small dent. The case is a black hard-shell with a blue velvet interior, and there’s a faded sticker on the inside lid that reads 'M. Rivera.' The bow is ebony with a frayed red ribbon tied around the grip. I was rehearsing with it yesterday around 3pm outside the Golden 1 Center on L Street in Sacramento when I must've left it behind. It's a black Behringer DeepMind 12 synthesizer, compact with a matte finish. The top-right edge has a small dent, and there's a blue 'Studio' sticker on the back. When powered, the display glows teal and the controls click nicely. It was a gift from my mentor, so it has sentimental value to me. Found Ludwig 14-inch snare near Capitol
I found a Ludwig Accent 14-inch snare drum in black wrap with chrome hardware this afternoon around 2:15pm. It was leaning against a trash can near the California State Capitol on 10th Street, Cesar Chavez Plaza. It has a few scratches along the shell and a small dent near the rim, but it still sounds solid. Tucked into the snare's strap lug were two wooden sticks and a drum key taped to the strainer with blue painter's tape bearing the initials 'JR'. If the owner sees this, please reach out so I can get it back to you soon — it feels like it belongs with a local band or school program.
