Calico cat with green eyes found near Riverwalk in Pueblo

Found a calico cat this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Riverwalk area at the 4th Street bridge in Pueblo. It's a short-haired calico with a white chest and orange patches, about 9 pounds, and seems well cared for. The cat wears a blue collar with a tiny bell and has a small notch in the left ear plus a faint scar on the right hind leg—unique features I noticed. She's friendly and purrs when I stroke her, and she seems comfortable around people, so I'm worried about her staying out here.
