I found a small brown dog, probably a Chihuahua mix, near Steele Indian School Park in Phoenix yesterday afternoon. The dog seems friendly and well cared for. It has a red collar with a Tag on it, but there's no name or phone number. I've been taking care of him since he came to me, but I really hope to find his owner soon.
