Orange tabby cat found near Boca Raton Town Center

I found a cat this morning around 9am behind the Town Center at Boca Raton on Glades Road. It's a medium-sized orange tabby with white paws, no collar, and a tiny notch in his right ear plus a small scar on his left paw. He was hanging around the Regal Cinemas entrance and let me approach, purring as I picked him up. He seems well-fed and friendly, which makes me think he belongs to someone nearby.
