Lost CDs near Kravis Center, WPB
I lost my CDs on Sunday at 11:15 am outside the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, near CityPlace. It is a slim jewel-case, dented along the spine, with a sticker from a thrift store and a coffee ring on the inner sleeve. I had stopped to chat with a street musician and then checked my bag for a spare battery, and when I looked back the case was gone. Those discs are old friends—road-trip playlists and late-night drives along the Atlantic—and losing them stings more than I expected. If anyone saw them, please bring them to the security desk at the Kravis Center; I would be grateful.
Found USB drives in Palm Beach County
FOUND: I found these USB drives this morning, around 9:15 a.m., in the parking lot behind Town Center at Boca Raton on Glades Road, near the east entrance. They’re three drives tucked in a small black plastic case. I don’t know what’s on them, but they looked like they held work or school files, possibly important. I tucked the case away to keep them safe and figure the rightful owner would want them back. It’s a reminder how a small object can carry a big chunk of someone’s day.
Blue Penguin Classics poetry book, gift from grandma
I lost my blue Penguin Classics poetry book yesterday around 5pm near the Starbucks on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. It's a small hardcover, about 6 by 9 inches, with a blue cover and white lettering, and a yellow ribbon bookmark. The spine has a tiny gold dolphin sticker, and there's a pressed lavender flower tucked inside between pages. The edges are a little worn, with a faint coffee stain on the back cover.
