Lost: Trading Cards in Mattoon-Charleston area

Today at around 2:15 p.m., I was near the Mattoon downtown area when I realized my binder of trading cards was missing from my backpack. It is a red binder with a dragon sticker on the front, filled with 1990s baseball cards and a few rare inserts. I last saw it on a bench by the Mattoon Public Library on Broadway, just outside the library steps. I have retraced my route and spoken to a few shopkeepers, but no luck so far.
