Found black leather briefcase with professional documents on a tram in downtown Louisville.

I found a black leather briefcase this morning on the tram while heading downtown in Louisville. It was sitting on the seat next to me. It appears to be in great condition and has a few papers inside with some professional-looking documents. I would love to return it to its owner if they can provide me with a brief description or a unique feature that could identify it.
