Lost photographs near Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville

I lost a stack of family photographs during a walk along the Ohio River at 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday, near the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville. The photos include my grandparents in the 1960s, a few wedding pictures, and a snap of us as kids at the riverfront. I retraced the riverfront along the pedestrian path and checked the stairs by the center, but they weren’t there. They’re irreplaceable, carrying memories I can’t recapture, and I hope they turn up where they belong.

Found Memory Cards near Louisville Slugger Museum.

I was strolling along the riverfront near the Big Four Bridge in downtown Louisville at about 5:45 PM on Saturday when a small black case with Memory Cards peeked out from behind a bench. The case was tucked among a few discarded wrappers, and inside I found a jumble of photos and work files fluttering in a clear sleeve. It felt like a tiny piece of someone’s day had been interrupted, and I imagine the owner would be relieved to see these turn up. I’ve posted this here so the rightful owner can claim them through the site.

Lost Sheet Music near Fourth Street Live, Louisville

Hi, I’m Jesse Park. Around 3:30 p.m. I realized I’d misplaced a folder of sheet music while leaving the downtown area near Fourth Street Live in Louisville. The folder contains piano and violin parts, with a bright red bookmark sticking out. It’s the music I’ve been using for my recital—pages are creased, notes penciled in, and there’s a small sticker on the cover. I must have dropped it when I paused near the Muhammad Ali Center to tie my shoelace and missed it in the crowd. If someone found it, please consider returning it; it means a lot to me.

Lost CDs near Fourth Street Live, Louisville.

I realized I left my CDs after a show near Fourth Street Live in downtown Louisville last night, around 9:15 p.m. The neon signs were buzzing as I walked toward the river, my bag light and my thoughts full of the night. The blue jewel case held a mix of rock and indie albums that mean a lot to me, and I kept replaying the moments they accompanied on road trips and late study sessions. I retraced the route, but they didn’t turn up. If someone found them, please post here so I can get them back. Thank you.

LOST Saxophones in Louisville

At 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, after a rehearsal at the Kentucky Center for the Arts downtown, I realized my two saxophones were gone. I started at Waterfront Park and worked my way back toward Fourth Street Live, tracing the steps by the river and the brick arches, but the cases vanished into the evening crowd. One horn is silver with a dent by the bell; the other has a bright lacquer that catches the streetlights. I’m devastated thinking they might be out there somewhere near the Muhammad Ali Center, and I just want them back in my hands.

lost utensils near Louisville waterfront

I was packing up after a dinner with friends at the Louisville waterfront around 6:15 PM on Friday, near the Big Four Bridge. My utensil set—a plain metal fork, a wooden-handled spoon, and a blue plastic spatula—was in a green zip pouch and simply vanished from the picnic bench by Waterfront Park. I cook for gatherings, and that little kit has seen hundreds of meals, so losing it stings more than I expected. If you found a dented fork and that wooden spoon somewhere along the path by the river, I would be grateful to reclaim them from wherever they ended up.
