The badge shows a photo of a person in a gray hoodie and glasses; the name reads 'Alex Rivera' and the department line says 'Parks & Rec' on the bottom. There's a coffee ring stain on the back and a tiny sticker saying 'Staff - Janesville City' that’s barely peeling off.
