I found a beige tote bag this morning around 10:15am outside the Golden Nugget Biloxi on Highway 90, near the casino entrance. Inside are a spiral notebook with a dog photo on the cover, a blue water bottle, and a small dolphin charm on the keyring. The bottom has a few scuffs, but the zipper still works and nothing smells off.
