I found a beige tote bag this morning around 10:15am outside the Golden Nugget Biloxi on Highway 90, near the casino entrance. It's a medium-sized tote with tan faux-leather handles and a lavender scarf tied to the strap. Inside are a spiral notebook with a dog photo on the cover, a blue water bottle, and a small dolphin charm on the keyring. The bottom has a few scuffs, but the zipper still works and nothing smells off. If this bag belongs to someone, you can identify it by the lavender scarf and the dolphin charm and we can arrange a quick reunion.
