I found a red Columbia parka this afternoon around 3:15pm near Golden Heart Plaza in downtown Fairbanks, by the benches on 2nd Ave. It's a women's medium with a detachable faux-fur hood, the fabric slightly pilled but clean, with a small coffee stain on the sleeve and a worn zipper. Inside the left pocket there's a handwritten name tag that reads 'Kai,' plus a faded sticker from a winter class.
