The strap is blue silicone with a stainless-steel tag; the back is engraved 'J.R.' and it lists an allergy to penicillin. It’s in good condition, just a small scuff on the tag from wear. I lost my blue nylon zip pouch with a white snowflake patch yesterday around 3pm near the Creamer's Field Visitor Center on Geist Road in Fairbanks.
