Found: Train near Waverley Station, Edinburgh
Yesterday afternoon around 4:20 pm I found a Train engine lying on the pavement by Waverley Bridge, Edinburgh. It’s a sturdy brass-and-green model, a touch scuffed from the day’s bustle, with a tiny sticker that reads 'Made in Sheffield.' I picked it up, checked the surrounding benches, and tucked it into my bag, hoping the owner might be nearby. It looks well-loved, as if it’s travelled with someone who cares about it. If this sounds like yours, have a look around the Waverley area and the Royal Mile—I’ll keep it safe until the rightful owner is found.
Lost driver's license near Edinburgh Castle
I'm Liam MacLeod. I lost my driver's license after an evening stroll near the Royal Mile, around 8:45 p.m. on Monday, close to the junction of Princes Street and Lothian Road. It was in a dark-blue wallet with a small dent in the corner; I’d been walking from a pub on the Grassmarket toward Waverley Station when I realized it wasn't in my pocket anymore. The license is essential, and I'm hoping someone picked it up and handed it in somewhere around Edinburgh Castle and the Scott Monument.
Burgundy passport with biometric page
I lost my burgundy UK passport yesterday around 3pm near the Scott Monument on Princes Street in Edinburgh. It’s the standard adult passport with the royal crest on the cover and the biometric symbol inside. The cover has a small coffee ring stain along the bottom edge, and there’s a tiny crease on the top-right corner from a bag snag. I have a trip booked next week and a family event abroad later in the month, so I really need it back. If anyone found it, I’d be so grateful to arrange a safe return; I can collect from Waverley Station or meet in a central spot.

Burgundy UK passport with crest, lost near Waverley Station
I lost my burgundy UK passport yesterday around 3pm. It's a standard passport, tucked inside a black leather passport holder; the holder slipped from my jacket pocket somewhere along Princes Street, near the Scott Monument by Waverley Station. The passport cover has a small crease on the lower-right corner and a faint coffee stain on the back. This is my travel document for an international trip next week, so I’m really worried and would be so grateful to get it back if anyone found it.
