Blue hardcover copy of The Midnight Library
I lost my blue hardcover copy of The Midnight Library yesterday around 3pm near the Diamond Jo Casino on Main Street in Dubuque. It's a 6x9 inch hardcover with a blue cloth cover, gold lettering on the spine, and a slightly creased dust jacket. There's a tiny coffee stain on the bottom edge and a red heart-shaped bookmark sticking out from page 76. Inside the back cover is a yellow sticky note with my initials 'PK' and my phone number. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value; I’d really like to get it back. If you’ve seen it, please drop me a note—thank you so much for any help.

I lost my blue paperback mystery novel yesterday around 3pm near the Carnegie-Stout Public Library on West 11th Street in Dubuque. It's a softcover, about 320 pages, with a few creases on the corners and a bright red bookmark peeking out from page 176. Inside the front cover there's a tiny handwritten note in blue ink reading 'For Mom's Birthday'—a sentimental detail that helps me identify it. This book was a gift from my mom and it means a lot to me; I used to bring it to our book club meetings, and it's the one I always keep by my bed. If you happened to find it, I’d really appreciate getting it back so I can finish the chapter we're reading this week; I can swing by the library or meet up somewhere in Dubuque.
