I found a pair of gray Nike running sneakers this morning around 10:15am on Court Avenue in Des Moines, outside the East Village by the riverfront bike racks. They’re gray mesh with a neon lime heel tab and a slightly scuffed white sole. The right shoe has a bright blue lace threaded through, while the left is the standard gray. I lost my silver ring with a small blue sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the Court Avenue District in downtown Des Moines, outside the coffee shop on Court Ave. It's a 6mm-wide sterling silver band, a bit worn from daily wear, with a tiny sapphire set in the top bezel. Inside the band there are initials 'N.K.' and a little heart engraving. It may have a faint scratch along the outer edge on the left side from a bike ride last week. This ring has sentimental value; it was my grandmother's, and I really hope to get it back. If anyone found it, please reach out—I'd be forever grateful.

I was walking back toward the Des Moines riverfront Court Avenue District around 6:45 p.m. last Thursday when I spotted a rolling bag left near a bike rack. I opened it and found gear for basketball, soccer, and tennis—a mix of shin guards, a worn basketball, and a tennis bag with a couple of water bottles. I left it where someone could claim it at the information kiosk, hoping the owner would see this listing and recognize their things. These items probably mean a lot to the person who brought them here.
