Silver ring with sapphire and initials engraved inside

I lost my silver ring with a small blue sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the Court Avenue District in downtown Des Moines, outside the coffee shop on Court Ave. It's a 6mm-wide sterling silver band, a bit worn from daily wear, with a tiny sapphire set in the top bezel. Inside the band there are initials 'N.K.' and a little heart engraving. It may have a faint scratch along the outer edge on the left side from a bike ride last week. This ring has sentimental value; it was my grandmother's, and I really hope to get it back. If anyone found it, please reach out—I'd be forever grateful.
