I was walking home along Market Street by the Rio Grande in Del Rio around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday when I spotted a tote wedged behind a bench near the Market Square. Inside were holiday decorations—a string of multicolored lights, a tinsel garland, and a few handmade ornaments that smelled faintly of pine. It struck me how long someone might be missing these, especially during the holidays, so I grabbed the tote and brought it here, hoping to reunite it with its owner. I found a black travel neck pillow this afternoon around 1:45 pm in the parking lot outside the Walmart Supercenter on Veterans Boulevard in Del Rio. It's a soft, memory-foam neck pillow with a matte black outer cover and a bright red adjustable strap. There’s a small stitched airplane icon on the side and a light gray inner lining that’s slightly worn but clean. The pillow was sitting on the curb near the cart return area, no strong odor. I lost my navy blue Traveluxe RFID travel wallet yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on N Main St in Del Rio, not far from the Eagle Pass border crossing. It's a mid-size faux-leather wallet with a pebble texture and a gold zipper on the coin pocket; there's a small coffee stain on the back corner. Inside are my driver's license, a couple of bank cards, and some travel receipts, plus a tiny faded concert sticker and a photo of my grandmother tucked in the lining. It means a lot to me because grandma gave it to me, and I’d really love to have it back before my trip next week.
