I found a black velvet evening gown this afternoon around 4:15pm outside the North Market on Spruce Street in Columbus. It's a floor-length dress with a deep scoop neckline and delicate silver beadwork along the bodice, plus a satin belt with a tiny pearl clasp. The gown is branded Alyce Paris, size US6, and the zipper works smoothly. There are a few loose beads along the hem, but overall it's in great condition.
