Hi, I’m Jamie Collins. I lost a stack of DVDs on Saturday around 5:30 p.m. near the North Market in downtown Columbus. I turned a corner and my tote slipped; the DVDs spilled onto the sidewalk and into the wind. I hurried back along High Street toward the Scioto Mile fountain, but I didn’t see them again. They’re a mix of family favorites and a documentary I’d saved for a trip. I’m kicking myself for letting them go, and I’d be grateful to anyone who might have picked them up around there.
This morning at 9:10 AM, I was at North Market in downtown Columbus and realized my two knit hats were missing from my bag after I set them down for a quick coffee. They’re simple: one gray with a small red pom-pom, the other navy with a white stripe. One was a gift from my grandma, and the other is my go-to for cold mornings. Those shirts are sentimental—one came from my grandmother, the other a gift from a friend—and I’m anxious I won’t find them. I walked the sidewalks along High Street and Pearl Alley, checking benches by the fountain, but they weren’t there.
On Friday at 2:15 pm, I was unloading a moving box outside the North Market on High Street in downtown Columbus when I realized my two microwaves were gone from the back of the truck. They’re both standard countertop sizes; one is stainless steel with a small dent on the door, the other is black with a cracked display. I had planned to set them up in my new apartment in the Short North this weekend, and I’m really anxious about the loss because these were essential for meals during the move. If you saw anything around the market entrance around that time, please help me reunite them with me.
