It's a medium nylon harness with a sturdy quick-release buckle, adjustable straps, and a small paw-print embroidery on the inside. There’s a faint sticker on the strap that says 'Rover' and a tiny snag on the edge, but overall it’s in good shape. If the owner recognizes these details, please reach out so I can return it.

There's a tiny paw-print charm on the chest strap, and one strap shows a bit of fraying from our last hike. It was last seen outside Shakespeare's Pizza on University Ave by the MU Student Center in Columbia, near the bus stop.
