Lost dark blue dog collar with little bells and colorful charms near park in Jeff City, Missouri.

I lost my dog’s favorite collar while walking in the park near Columbia. It’s dark blue with little bells and a few colorful charms attached to it. My dog loves this collar, and I am worried that it might have fallen off when we were passing through the bushes. If anyone finds it, please let me know!
