Pink nylon dog collar with name tag

I lost my pink nylon dog collar around 3pm yesterday near the Brownsville Public Library on Main Street. It's a small collar, bright neon pink with a white paw print pattern and a silver name tag engraved with 'Luna'. The strap shows a bit of wear, and the D-ring has a little rust from the rain last week. It’s the only collar Luna wears, and she loves to slip out for short quick sprints in the park, so I’m worried she might wander off again.
