Found decorative ceramic vase near Bloomington Library

I found a decorative ceramic vase this afternoon around 2:30 pm outside the Bloomington Library on Kirkwood Ave. It's a small, teardrop-shaped piece, about 6 inches tall, with a glossy cobalt blue glaze and tiny gold flecks that catch the light. There's a hand-painted sunburst motif on one side, and a rough, slightly chipped base—likely from a fall. I picked it up and set it on a nearby cafe table in case someone is missing it, hoping to return it to its owner.
