Found a small brown Dachshund mix dog with a blue collar near the city park in Bloomington.

I found a small brown dog, possibly a Dachshund mix, wandering alone by the city park in Bloomington around 3 PM today. He has a blue collar but no tags, and he seemed a bit frightened. I've brought him home to keep him safe and to hopefully find his owner.
