Description
I found a small blue parakeet in my backyard here in Asheville last night. It was perched on my garden fence and seemed a little disoriented but appears healthy otherwise. It has bright yellow markings on its cheeks and was chirping away. I tried to locate its owner by checking around the neighborhood, but I haven't had any luck so far. I'm hoping someone recognizes this little guy and can come claim him!
