Navy parka with mountain embroidery
Lost my navy blue The North Face parka, size L, yesterday around 3pm. It’s knee-length with a detachable faux-fur hood, and the navy fabric shows a few salt stains from the rain, but it's otherwise in good shape. On the left sleeve there’s a small embroidered mountain range patch, and the main zipper pull is a tiny compass—easy to spot if you’re searching. It was a gift from my sister and means a lot to me; I really need it back. I was wearing it downtown, when I stepped into a coffee shop near Pack Square and I must have left it somewhere around Battery Park Book Exchange on Battery Park Ave.
Calico cat with bell collar, lost near Rankin Ave
I lost my calico cat yesterday around 3pm. She's a medium-sized girl with a mostly orange-black calico coat, white chest, and a tiny white tuft under her chin. She wears a red collar with a small brass bell and has a distinct notch in her left ear and a heart-shaped white patch on her throat. I last saw her near Battery Park Book Exchange on Rankin Ave in Asheville, darting toward the alley behind the Odditorium. She's my baby and really means the world to me; I adopted her last year and she's become part of the family; I'm so worried and missing her.
Gold-tone earrings: moon charm + opal drop
I lost my gold-tone Kendra Scott earrings yesterday around 3pm outside Battery Park Book Exchange on Page Ave in downtown Asheville. They’re small studs—about a half-inch—with one moon charm on the left and a tiny opal drop on the right, so they’re easy to tell apart if you find them. They came in a little black velvet pouch with the Kendra Scott logo, and I wore them that day with a navy sweater. They’re a gift from my mom and mean a lot to me, so I’m really hoping someone picked them up and didn’t realize the value. If you’ve seen them, please drop me a note; I’d be grateful to meet up and get them back.
Lost pink cropped sweatshirt left in Room 8328
I left a pink, short waisted sweatshirt in Room 8328 between the dates of May 5-6, checking our on May 7. It was left hanging in the black armoire.
Lost silver necklace with gold locket and silver charm
I lost a silver necklace with gold locket and silver charm last night. We were at Lemones and parked at 26 Patton Ave, stall #25. Very important to me.
Silver moon pendant necklace with sapphire inlay
I lost my silver moon pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Orange Peel on Biltmore Avenue, downtown Asheville. It's a delicate 18-inch silver chain with a moon charm that has a tiny sapphire inlay and an initial 'A' engraved on the back. The chain shows a bit of tarnish near the clasp, but the pendant is in good condition. This necklace is sentimental to me; it's a gift from my grandmother who passed away last year. If anyone found it, I'd really appreciate getting it back and I can describe more details to verify.
Grey North Face fleece hoodie with orange zipper
Hey Asheville, I lost my grey North Face fleece hoodie yesterday around 3pm near Pack Square in downtown Asheville. It's a size M in two-tone gray fleece, with a bright orange zipper pull and a small coffee stain on the right cuff. There's a tiny 'PK' monogram on the inner tag and a faint repair stitch along the left pocket, so keep an eye out for those details. It's sentimental—my sister gave it to me last winter and I really need it back. If you see it, email [email protected].
Leopard gecko in glass terrarium
I found a leopard gecko today, yellow-tan with brown spots and a bright orange tail, about 4 inches long. It's in a clear glass terrarium with a cork hide, a little fake plant, and a small heat mat under the substrate. I found it this afternoon around 2:45pm in the Grove Arcade parking lot behind Pack Square in downtown Asheville. The gecko seems healthy, no collar or tag, and its eyes are bright and curious. It has a couple identifying marks: a small crescent-shaped white speck on its neck and a slightly bent right hind toe. If you're the owner or know someone who is missing a reptile, please reach out - I'm glad to help reunite it with its person.
Gray nylon backpack with red zipper found near Grove Arcade
I found a gray nylon backpack this afternoon around 2:15pm, left on a bench outside the Grove Arcade on Wall Street in downtown Asheville. It's a medium-sized bag, about 12 by 14 inches, with bright red zipper pulls and a small blue enamel pine-tree pin on the front pocket. Inside there's a pink umbrella, a cracked phone charger, and a well-worn map tucked in the side pocket. The bag has a few scuffs along the bottom and a coffee stain on the inner lining, but it's otherwise in decent shape. If you're the owner, I'm glad to help reunite you.
Black 61-key MIDI keyboard (M-Audio Keystation)
I lost my black M-Audio Keystation 61es yesterday around 3pm. I was outside the Orange Peel area on Biltmore Avenue in downtown Asheville after a quick jam and must have left it on the sidewalk near the entrance. The keyboard is matte black, 61 keys, in good condition with a tiny scratch on the right edge. It has a phoenix sticker on the left side and comes in a carrying case with a bright red interior and a dented zipper pull. It's my main composing tool and it was a gift from my sister, so I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone finds it.
Pink knit scarf with silver pin found near Grove Arcade
I found a pink knit scarf this afternoon around 2:15pm, draped over a bike rack outside Grove Arcade on East Haywood Street in downtown Asheville. It’s a soft acrylic knit, about 60 inches long, with a small silver snowflake pin at the end. There are light pills from wear and a faint coffee stain near the edge, but it’s in pretty good condition overall. I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner, especially since it felt like a favorite on these chilly days.
Black portable Bluetooth speaker with red sticker
I found a small black Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 2:45pm near Battery Park Book Exchange on Battery Park Ave in downtown Asheville. It’s about the size of a soda can, with a soft fabric grille and a slight dent along the bottom edge. The brand logo on the front looks like JBL, and there’s a red sticker with the initials 'AL' peeling a little at the corner. It’s in decent shape overall, just a couple of scuffs. If this sounds like yours, check those details and swing by Battery Park to claim it.
Blue dragon plush with orange wings found downtown Asheville
I found a blue dragon plush near the splash fountain at Pack Square Park this afternoon around 2:15pm. It's about 12 inches tall, super soft, with orange felt wings and a small tear on the left wing. A red satin ribbon is tied around its neck and there's a tiny glitter name tag that reads 'Nova,' plus a little star patch on the belly. If this belongs to your kid, we can meet by Battery Park Book Exchange or right by the fountain in downtown Asheville so you can reclaim it.
Large red Samsonite suitcase with green sticker
I lost my large red Samsonite suitcase, the hard-shell kind, around yesterday afternoon. It's a 28-inch checked bag with two scuffed corners and a bright green sticker on the front that says 'Travel More'. The zipper pulls show wear, and there's a blue luggage strap with my initials 'L.A.' wrapped around it. I last saw it yesterday around 4pm outside the Grove Arcade on Wall Street in downtown Asheville. Inside the bag is mostly clothes for a work trip, plus a faded TSA lock and a small photo tucked in the pocket—it's sentimental because it held a few mementos. If anyone found it, please message me; I really need it back as it contains items I can't replace.
Hand-painted wall plaque with mountain motif
I found a hand-painted wall plaque with a mountain motif this afternoon around 3pm behind the Battery Park Book Exchange on Haywood Street, downtown Asheville. It's about 12 inches tall by 8 inches wide, with a distressed white wooden frame and a glossy ceramic tile in the center that swirls teal, emerald, and gold. I can see a small signature in the bottom-right corner that reads 'M. Larkin.' The back has a faint heart carved into the wood and a tiny sticker that says 'Studio North Asheville.' It looks well cared for, just dusty from being outside. If someone recognizes it, I’d love to reunite you with it.
