Hand-painted ceramic vase with blue florals
I lost my hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm outside the Altoona Public Library on Allegheny Street. It's about 8 inches tall, white glaze with cobalt blue floral pattern and a thin gold rim. There's a small hairline crack along the rim and a tiny maker's mark on the bottom that reads 'Sophie Pottery Studio' in cursive. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it has sentimental value, and I'm really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it, please reach out—I'll be forever grateful to reunite it with its home.
Found blue binder of vintage Pokémon cards
I found a blue binder stuffed with vintage Pokémon cards this afternoon around 3:15 pm behind the Blue Lantern Café on 8th Avenue in Altoona. The binder is a scuffed plastic 3-ring, with a big Charizard sticker on the front and a handwritten label that says 'Neo Gen' on the spine. Inside, there are about 28 cards from late 1990s sets, mostly near-mint; one card has a subtle crease along the corner. There’s a small note tucked in the sleeve with the name 'Tim' scribbled in blue ink, which would really help identify the owner. If this belongs to you, I’ve left it on the bench by the Blue Lantern and would love to see it back with its rightful owner.

I lost a valuable vintage baseball card collection while attending a sports memorabilia event at the Altoona-Johnstown Fairgrounds last weekend. The collection includes several rare cards, but the one I’m most concerned about is a Ken Griffey Jr. rookie card in mint condition. I must have dropped it while chatting with some fellow collectors. If anyone has seen it, I’d appreciate any help in getting it back!
