Found a hand-painted ceramic vase with intricate floral designs near Altoona-Johnstown, PA.

I found a gorgeous hand-painted ceramic vase while volunteering at a community event near the Altoona-Johnstown area. It has intricate floral designs all around it and looks like it might have slipped from someone's table. It seems to be in great condition; I couldn't see any chips or cracks.
