Silver bracelet with heart charm and ruby

I lost my silver bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Covelli Centre in downtown Youngstown. It's a slim 7-inch silver chain with a tiny heart charm that has a small ruby inlay. The clasp is engraved with the initials 'SY,' and there's a barely visible scratch along the back from wear. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me—I'd be incredibly grateful to get it back if anyone found it.
