I retraced my steps through the Central Market and along Market Street, asking vendors if they'd seen a pair of leather passport holders. My stomach clenched with worry about travel plans and the potential mess of replacing documents. I’m hoping they’re simply tucked somewhere safe, waiting to be found through the site.
