Lost passports in Winston-Salem.
I realized at 9:15 this morning that my passports were missing. I’d had them in a white leather tote outside the Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem while I checked in for a conference. I remember half-heartedly tugging at my sleeve, looking away for a moment, and then they were gone. This travel date is looming, and the whole thing is panicky but hopeful—if someone found them, I’d be grateful beyond words.
Red concert tickets for Stevens Center show
Found a pair of red concert tickets this morning around 10am outside the Stevens Center on West Fourth Street, Winston-Salem. The tickets are glossy red with bold black print, about 2 by 5 inches, and they have a clear barcode on the back. One ticket has a small blue star sticker in the corner as a unique identifying feature, and the bottom shows the date SEP 12. They’re not torn, just a little creased from being kept in a wallet. If these belong to you, I’d be glad to help reunite you with them; they probably mean a lot.

I found a blue Wake Forest University student ID badge this afternoon around 3:15pm, tucked behind the Starbucks on Burke Street in Winston-Salem. The card is the standard credit-card size, blue plastic, with a photo of a student wearing glasses and the WFU logo on the back. There's a small crack along the bottom edge and a coffee stain near the corner. A red sticker with 'VIP' is stuck on the detachable clip, and the badge still hangs from a black lanyard reel. I lost my Winston-Salem State University student ID yesterday around 3pm near the Benton Convention Center on West 5th Street in downtown Winston-Salem. It's a gray plastic card about the size of a credit card, with my photo on the left and the WSSU logo in the corner; there's a small coffee stain on the back and a tiny dent in the bottom-right corner.
