I found a slim silver necklace this afternoon around 2:15pm, lying on the sidewalk near the Market Street Bridge by the Susquehanna River in Williamsport. It’s an 18-inch chain with a small heart pendant that has blue enamel and an initial 'A' engraved on the back. The lobster clasp works and the metal is in good condition, with a few tiny scratches from daily wear. It's an 18-inch silver box chain with a small heart pendant that has a tiny sapphire teardrop. The pendant has a faint engraving on the back with the initials 'A.J.' and the chain is a bit tarnished from daily wear. This necklace is sentimental — it was a gift from my mom, and I really need to get it back.
