Lost & found briefcases in Williamsport

Found black leather briefcase with files and laptop on a bench outside the Williamsport city library.

I found a black leather briefcase sitting on a bench outside the city library late yesterday afternoon. It appears to be in good condition and has several files along with a laptop inside. I’m not sure how long it was there, but I waited for a while to see if anyone would come looking for it. No one did, so I’m hoping to return it to its owner.
