Blue medical kit with inhaler and glucose meter

I found a small blue medical kit this afternoon around 4:15 pm behind the City Market on 7th Street in downtown Grand Junction, Western Slope. The zippered pouch is about the size of my palm, with a white medical ID sticker on the front and a coffee stain on the corner. Inside there's an inhaler with a light green cap, a compact glucose meter, and a few test strips, plus a folded prescription label that isn't fully legible. It clearly belongs to someone who relies on daily meds, and it feels important to get it back. If this is yours, I’m around near the City Market entrance this evening and happy to arrange a meet-up.
