Golden retriever mix with red collar and blue tag

I lost my golden retriever mix yesterday around 3pm near Western Kentucky University’s Downing Student Union on University Boulevard in Bowling Green. He’s a medium-sized dog, about 60 pounds, with a light golden coat and a white heart-shaped patch on his chest. He wears a bright red nylon collar and a blue bone-shaped ID tag. He has a small notch on his left ear and a barely visible scar above his right eyebrow—little features that help him stand out.
