Lost & found missing persons in Western IL

Missing person: Avery Nguyen, 16

I lost sight of Avery Nguyen last Tuesday around 3:15 pm. I am her sister, Amina Okafor. Avery is 16, about 5'4", with shoulder-length black hair and a small star tattoo behind her left ear. She was last seen near the Quincy Public Library on Maine Street, heading toward Washington Park along the riverfront. She wore a bright red hoodie with a white star graphic, light blue jeans, and white sneakers with pink accents. She also wears a blue beaded bracelet she never takes off. I am really worried - this isn't like her, and I just want her back safe. If you saw someone matching this description around Western Illinois today, especially near the riverfront or library area, please let me know.
